Recovery policy

Introduction

At Mkademy, we always strive to provide an excellent learning experience for our students. In case of dissatisfaction with the course, we offer a convenient refund policy. Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refund terms

• The refund request must be submitted within [three days] from the date of course payment and receipt of proof of payment.
• The booking deposit and installments are considered as fees for a service that completes the booking process and cannot be refunded, as this would cause unavoidable damage to the company and the user is considered to have already started receiving the services.
• The User shall not be entitled to a refund of any of the amounts paid unless the Company refuses to provide its services to the User who has paid the agreed fees in full on the dates specified in the payment receipt.
• The user is obligated to pay all outstanding fees and charges shown on the receipt sent to him/her via the WhatsApp phone number.

Refund amount

• In case of refunds before the start of the course, we will refund [10]% of the registration fee.

Refund procedure

• You must submit your refund request via email to info@mkademy.com or by phone +61 011 4218 6574.
• You must provide all requested information, including your name, registration number, and date of registration.
• We will send you a refund confirmation via email or a message to the user’s phone number after receiving the refund request.

Course Cancellation

• An approximate start date for the course is given at the time of booking or within a maximum of 15 working days.
• The user has the right to request an exchange or refund if the company is delayed in providing the training program for more than 90 working days. However, the postponement period requested by the customer is not counted.
• If the course is canceled, we will refund the registration fee in full.
• In case the customer takes advantage of any promotional offer, the value of the services provided outside the offer will be calculated and deducted from the payment before the remaining amount is refunded.
• Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email or phone number after cancellation.
• The user has the right to exchange the course for another course of the same value if he/she does not receive the agreed service in whole or in part, and if the new course is more expensive, he/she must pay the difference.

Changes

• We can change this Refund Policy at any time without prior authorization.
• We will announce any material changes to this Refund Policy on our website.

Laws and regulations

• This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Company’s internal regulations.
• Any disputes relating to the Refund Policy shall be subject to litigation within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
