Introduction<\/h4>

We are Mkademy, providing e-training services in the Arab Republic of Egypt. By using our services, you accept the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

Definitions<\/h4>

– “Services” means all official services announced by the Company, including the electronic trainings provided by the Company.<\/p>

– “User” means any person who uses our website or one of our other official and advertised communication channels to obtain our services.<\/p>

– “Website” means the Company’s website.<\/p>

– “Courses” means all training courses offered by the Company.<\/p>

Use of Services<\/h4>

– You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services or you confirm by using our website and ordering our Services that you are authorized to do so or have obtained the permission of your parent or guardian.<\/p>

– You must use the Services for legitimate purposes only.<\/p>

– You must not use the Services in any way that harms the Company or other users.<\/p>

User Responsibilities<\/h4>

– You must be responsible for all activities you perform on the Site.<\/p>

– You must not post any inappropriate or illegal content on the Site.<\/p>

– You must not upload any malware or viruses to the Site.<\/p>

Training courses<\/h4>

– Courses must be subject to special terms and conditions.<\/p>

– Courses must be available only to registered users.<\/p>

– You must not copy or distribute any content from the Courses without prior authorization.<\/p>

CANCELLATION<\/h4>

– The Company can cancel your account at any time without prior authorization if you violate one of the Company’s policies or terms and conditions.<\/p>

– You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us.<\/p>

Changes<\/h4>

– The Company may change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior authorization.<\/p>

– We will announce any material changes on the Site.<\/p>

Laws and regulations<\/h4>

– The Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Company’s internal regulations to the extent not inconsistent with the official laws of the country.
– Any disputes arising from the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to litigation in the Arab Republic of Egypt.<\/p>
